Intrac Machinery is a family-owned and operated used heavy equipment dealer in Central Florida. With 50 years of experience in the industry, Intrac provides customers all across the world with quality heavy machinery, at the right price, with honesty and integrity.
Company History
Mark Yarbrough grew up in the equipment business. At 10 years old, he helped his family’s business by clearing land on a John Deere 644 loader.
As his dad, Tom Yarbrough, began Yarbrough Equipment Company in the early 1980s, Mark was always at the equipment yard after school and football practice. He would work in the shop with the mechanics and began selling machines while in high school and through college.
Mark worked in the family business until May of 2001, when he began Intrac Machinery with his wife, Lori. Together, Mark and Lori have grown the business with faith, family, and integrity at the forefront, while still partnering with Tom & Carol Yarbrough through their individual businesses.

Mark grew up in his family’s equipment business since he was a child. He graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Business Management. He worked with his dad and twin brother at Yarbrough Equipment Company, where they bought and sold used heavy equipment all over the world.
In May of 2001, Mark and his wife, Lori, began their own business while still continually partnering with his family. Mark’s extensive contacts and equipment knowledge have helped grow and expand Intrac Machinery to sales both domestically and to over 20 export countries.
Mark serves in various leadership roles at First Baptist Church of Plant City and other organizations around the community. He loves spending quality time with his family and traveling around the world.

Lori grew up working in her family business, McGinnes Lumber Company of Plant City, FL. She graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Business Marketing. Her first career path was in the corporate world of banking.
Once Lori and Mark were married, she also worked with Yarbrough Equipment Company, learning about the equipment industry. As Intrac Corporation was started in 2001, Lori brought her marketing and accounting background to strengthen the company’s growth.
Lori serves on the Board of Directors for Baycare Hospitals and the Florida Strawberry Festival, and serves at First Baptist Church of Plant City.

It all started here with Tom and Carol, who had a dream of starting a heavy equipment company back in 1979. When they were first starting, Tom bought mainly agricultural equipment out of Alabama and Georgia. Once he bought a tractor, Tom would take his Mack truck and 45-foot trailer to pick the machine up himself and bring it back to Plant City. His brother would detail and paint the machines before they sold them. They laid the foundation to grow this family business to a global level, buying and selling from customers from over 30 countries.
Tom and Carol have always conducted business with integrity at the forefront. They believe that the family business is more than just selling equipment; it’s about doing the right thing and treating people with kindness and respect. Their values have been passed down in the family and are on full display at Intrac.

Ashlyn is Mark and Lori’s oldest daughter and has grown up in the heavy equipment industry her entire life. She holds a Bachelor's in Business Marketing, a Bachelor's in Sports Management, and a Master's in Mass Communication from the University of Florida.
Ashlyn has extensive experience in digital marketing and consumer behavior. She grew in her career by helping entrepreneurs scale their business online through digital marketing and social selling. In June 2025, Ashlyn decided to leave her corporate role to help scale the family business.

Kenny got his start as a U.S. Army Engineer, spending four years operating and maintaining heavy equipment — dozers, excavators, loaders, you name it. Those years taught him how important good machines are when the job has to get done right and on time.
Kenny is proud to bring that same hands-on experience to his work with Intrac, helping folks find the right equipment for their jobs. He knows what it’s like to rely on a machine every single day, so he takes pride in matching people with gear they can count on — no fluff, just honest advice and solid machines.
Alejandra Salazar

alejandra@IntracUSA.comAlejandra’s career began in the truck industry as a Sales Coordinator, eager to keep expanding my knowledge. Having a husband who’s a diesel mechanic inspired her to learn more about how things work behind the scenes in the heavy machinery world.
That curiosity led Alejandra to explore parts and logistics, where she continues to grow and gain experience every day. She now serves as Intrac’s Office Manager, managing the day-to-day operations of our transportation logistics, mechanical repairs, and equipment parts.

Wayne has been working as a mechanic since he was 15 years old. He’s been with the Intrac family for over 6 years now, ensuring that each piece of equipment functions properly before being delivered to our customers.
Wayne’s grandkids are his whole world, and he loves fishing with them in his time away from work.
Luis E. “Nesty” Santiago Melendez
Mechanic
With over 8 years of experience in the diesel mechanic field, Nesty specializes in transmission repairs, final drive systems, and cylinder work.
He is passionate about what he does and how his work helps our customers have the best machine for their job. Nesty continues to learn every day, expand his technical skill set, and stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations in the heavy equipment industry.
Shelia Hubbard
Equipment Detailer
Shelia has been in the equipment detailing industry for over a decade, and began her career by detailing boats. She now works diligently to make sure each machine is in great condition for each one of our customers.
Outside of work, Shelia loves to fish and spend time with her kids and grandson.
Mark and Lori were junior high school sweethearts and married in 1996. They have two daughters, Ashlyn and Katelyn. Ashlyn works for Intrac Machinery, while Katelyn is a mental health counselor.
Ashlyn is married to Dr. Steven Witchoskey, who is a sports physical therapist at IMG Academy. Katelyn is married to Kenny Gagné, who is a salesman for Intrac.
